CAN YOU WORK WITH MY WEDDING BUDGET?

A lot of people ask this of us, however, everyones budget is different! When we are initially in discussion, please advise what budget you would like to stay within. It's important to have an in-person consultation to review the different options that are available for your budget.

MY WEDDING DATE IS SET!

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE A WEDDING INVITATION CONSULTATION?

We recommend scheduling your wedding consultation 6-7 months in advance. If you're getting married in less than 6 months you can absolutely still contact us and book a consultation! You can view our timeline suggestions here. Be sure to fill out our Wedding Invitation Inquiry Form.

CAN I POP IN FOR A CONSULTATION OR ORDER PICK-UP?

I'M ONLY AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS, IS THAT OKAY?

Consultations and order pick-ups are by appointment only. Throughout the day we are either deep in the design process, on calls, or in meeting with other clients. Just shoot us over an email and we will coordinate on a day and time that works for us both!

HOW LONG IS A WEDDING CONSULTATION AND WHAT IS TYPICALLY DISCUSSED?

Our consultations are typically 1 hour long. We will discuss paper options, color scheme/palettes, various printing techniques, envelope colors, fonts and specialty add-on elements!

I'M NOT LOCAL TO THE AREA/UNSURE IF I HAVE TIME TO MEET IN PERSON,

CAN WE STILL WORK TOGETHER?

Absolutely! We work with a TON of clients that are unable to meet face to face whether they are not local to the area or have a slammed schedule!  This is no problem! We can get the job done via email and/or conference calls.

Due to the customization of wedding invitations, you will be required to order sample swatches to ensure paper quality and printed techniques are approved.  Once the materials are approved, digital artwork proofs are sent via email and when production is complete your order can be shipped! The shipping fee depends on the weight of your package. If you'd like your package rush shipped for an additional fee, please notify us. Otherwise we will ship ground. Please note all shipments must receive a signature confirmation. Therefore, you must provide us with a day someone will be available to sign for your package at the given address. 

I'D LOVE TO BOOK WITH SHANTI STUDIOS, HOW DO WE GET STARTED?

Yay! If we've already had our consultation, we will send you over a digital invoice to collect a 50% non-refundable deposit and a contract in order to begin the design process. Once your order is approved to enter production, you will receive an invoice for the balance 50%. Your payment must be received in order to proceed with production.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTED ADDRESSED ENVELOPES?

Yes, we offer digital calligraphy. At this time we do not offer hand calligraphy services.

HOW MANY EXTRA WEDDING INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?

We recommend ordering approximately 10 extra invitations. Keep in mind you and your immediately family members will want a set as a keepsake, photo/video vendors may request a fresh set, you may have received incorrect guests addresses, some guests may have relocated and didn't notify you and then it's important to have a fresh set ready for your photographer to capture the day of your wedding! Please note, if you choose not to order extra invitations at time of order approval, and need at a later time, the price per unit will increase dramatically. Depending on your we HIGHLY recommend to order 10 additional upfront. 

ONCE I APPROVE MY WEDDING INVITATION ORDER, WHEN WILL THEY BE READY?

When discussing the details of your suite we will review a timeline, but please expect a turnaround time of 4-8 weeks. These dates may vary based on our current schedule. If you need your invitations sooner, please make us aware at time of ordering. A modest rush fee may apply. You can view our timeline suggestions here.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Accepted payments are credit card and direct bank transfers. Payment is to be made directly on the digital invoice emailed to you.

Due to the customized nature of the work involved we do not accept any returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds. It is extremely important you carefully review your order in detail before approving. We recommend reviewing your order with your partner as a second set of eyes is always helpful! Please note, this is our policy for all goods. No exceptions.
